RBLN Cloud Native Stack (RCNS)¶
BREAKING CHANGES
RBLN NPU Operator v0.5.0 adds per-family driver selection for clusters with multiple NPU families. Before upgrading:
- Publish each driver version under its family-scoped path:
<registry>/<org>/<family>/rbln-driver:<version>-<kernel>-<os>. - Use Driver Manager
v0.2.2or later. The chart pins a compatible version by default. - Migrate
rblnDaemon.*values todriver.smd.*. RSMD now ships with each driver.
The switchover begins after every node has a family label and every family image is available. It is not rolling: every node in a pool reinstalls its driver concurrently. For node-by-node migration, follow the rolling migration guide.
